About these terms

These terms cover using Lovingly Kept during early access. It is run by Lovingly Kept. Contact: info@lovinglykept.com.

Early access

Lovingly Kept is free while in early access. It is still being built, so features may change, and something may occasionally not work as expected. We may pause or end early access, and we’ll give notice on the site where we can.

Your memories stay yours

You own the photographs, words and recordings you add. You let us store and use them only to run Lovingly Kept and make your book.

What you add

Only add content you have the right to share. Don’t add anything unlawful, hateful or that invades someone’s privacy. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Private links

Anyone with a private invitation link can add memories to that book, so only share links with people you trust.

Keeping your book

During early access, a project and everything in it (photographs, memories and voice recordings) is permanently deleted seven days after it was started. Please download your book before then. We can’t recover a deleted project. Recordings can’t be downloaded on their own yet, and the Listen links in a downloaded book stop working once the project is deleted.

Paid books

There are no payments during early access. Before we charge for anything, we’ll add the price, what you get, and your refund and cancellation rights to these terms.

Our responsibility

We provide early access as it is and take care to keep it working and secure. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
